So how did I do? Well, my Oscar prognostications came up more than a little short this year. I only had three correct calls out of six, with two others where I was in the ballpark but not spot on.
So how did I do? I had a perfect sic-for-six on this year’s predicted winners (and was happy with the results in each case). Here are the details.
Love is truly an enigmatic force. When it’s present in our lives, it can move us to indescribable degrees of joy, bliss and fulfillment. With this year’s Academy Awards ceremony behind us, it’s time to take a look at how I did on my predictions for the winners in this annual competition, as first outlined in my previous blog, “Who Will Win This Year's Oscars?”, posted on February 7. This was a difficult season to handicap, but I was generally pleased with the results, even when I was wrong in my predictions. So how did I do?
